The Best Tasting Simple Protein Shakes You Will Ever Try

WoderSlim Pudding/ShakesEver feel lazy and not want to go through the hassle of preparing a complicated protein shake recipe? Thankfully, you can prepare a tasty protein shake recipe in less than a minute without cleaning out the fridge.

How you might ask?
Well, throughout my years as a personal trainer and fitness fanatic, I’ve developed an arsenal of quick and easy protein shake recipes that I call upon whenever I am in the mood for a quick protein-packed shake.

These recipes are MIND NUMBINGLY SIMPLE, but they actually do taste amazing! After years of trial and error, I give you my guarantee that these recipes actually do taste great, which is a lot more than I can say for some of the other protein shake recipes on the internet today.

To get you started, I’ve listed one of my favorite simple protein shake recipes, “the easy orange.” Here’s why I like this recipe: orange juice mixes great with whey protein powder, and it carries protein of its own, which makes it a unique juice.

Tired Of Your Same Old Protein Shake?

WoderSlim Pudding/ShakesWhat we eat accounts for more than 50% of our success in obtaining and maintaining an attractive physique. Besides cutting back on fats and simple carbohydrates, we need to load up on high quality protein if we wish to build strong, toned muscles. Besides getting protein from our food, most of us often supplement our diet with protein powders due to the convenience it offers, and sometimes - great taste!

However, if you're like me, and sometimes get bored of your ordinary protein shake - I find it refreshing to sometimes chuck the protein powder into a blender and come up with a protein shake that actually tastes and feels like chocolate milkshake.

Here's something to try that's ideal as a mid-day 'snack'. For this example, I'm using chocolate flavoured protein powder:

1. Add a double serving of your protein powder and mix it with a lesser amount of milk in a shaker first (this is so you dont get a sticky mess in your blender)

2. Pour the thick concoction into your blender.

3. Add in about 5 - 8 cubes of ice.

4. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter.

5. BLEND!

6. Pour into glass (you'll need a large one!)

7. With your arm around your pet dog, kick up your legs, relax, and sip away... Absolutely amazing!

Or pet cat I guess... but the effect isnt the same if you have hamsters or pet fish though

Now because you're adding ice and other ingredients, the flavour of your protein shake could be a little 'watered down'. So if your pimped-up protein shake did not taste as good as it's supposed to, or you messed up something while preparing it.

Protein Shakes For Weight Loss

WoderSlim Pudding/ShakesProtein shakes are an excellent eating plan for weight loss. This gives you flexibility in your daily eating routine with protein shakes for two meals a day and one reasonable meal with normal food. Herbalife offers high quality soy protein shake mix and whey shake mix.

With these 3 meals you can change each day which meal you will have regular food, and which 2 meals you will have your shake as the meal replacement. This is both a healthy way to lose weight and great for most of our schedules where we find each day can be different depending on what works best with our family schedules.

For most people who use protein shakes for meal replacements having a shake for breakfast is their daily routine. And then they are flexible for lunch and dinner for which will be a meal of regular food, and which meal will be their 2nd protein shake.

Once you get in the habit of using protein shakes you will really appreciate the flexibility and nutrition value of protein shake meal replacements.

Using a variety of fruits will give you flexibility on your recipes for your protein shakes. And you give variety to your shakes with using different fruit juices including orange juice, apple juice, mango juice. Also good are soy milk or rice milk. Using extracts can give more variety to your shakes. Fruit will add more nutrition and more enjoyment of your protein shakes.

Using frozen fruit is an ideal way to be able to keep nutritious fruit on hand without the fruit spoiling. And unless you have fresh fruit direct from the fruit or berry vines where you live, the frozen fruit is very handy and keeps its nutritional value in the frozen for good while.

And the bonus of frozen fruit is that it is both handy to store and the frozen fruit acts as your natural ice cubes that give your shake a little more body, which most people enjoy.

Chocolate Flavor Can Barely Be Tasted?

WoderSlim Pudding/ShakesYou must have added too much of ice, or perhaps its just crappy protein powder? Are you eye-ing that tub of chocolate syrup in your fridge? No, don't. Try adding a teaspoon of real cocoa powder instead. That should give you a nice chocolate flavour without having to add the sugar that comes with chocolate syrup.

- This trick can also transform your vanilla protein into a chocolate flavor!

Has a weak Vanilla Flavour?

Half tsp of vanilla essence will enhance the vanilla flavor without adding calories

Not Sweet Enough?

Add a small piece of banana. Fruit sugar (fructose) is 70% sweeter than ordinary table sugar, so a small piece of banana goes a long way in providing sweetness.

Shake is too 'thin'/not thick enough?

Try adding more ice cubes or frozen fruit.

Powder gets stuck to blender blades/glass?

- this is why I asked you to pre-mix it in a shaker first before pouring into the blender.

- if you still insist on using only your blender, then at least ensure that you always pour in liquids (milk) BEFORE adding the powder

And remember... that protein shakes are only a supplement, and should not form the backbone of your diet.

How To Prepare A Mocha Pudding Cake

WoderSlim Pudding/ShakesThe Mocha Pudding Cake is a big hit for kids of all ages. It's simple to prepare and the hot chocolate pudding rests under a thick blanket of moist mocha cake. Poppy-Seed cakes are also a good choice for birthdays. Lot of the birthday parties which I attended had one of the either of two types of cakes.

One of them is the chocolate-fudge cake and the other is the poppy-seed cake. I love this cake because it is unlike traditional cake recipes. The taste and texture is so unique. For total decadence, scoop it into bowls and serve drizzled with heavy cream (or milk). This mocha pudding cake is ready for picnics, potlucks and parties. Better save this recipe because you’ll be asked to make it again and again.

Choosing A Weight Loss Shake

WoderSlim Pudding/ShakesA weight loss shake is generally intended to aid weight loss by serving as a meal replacement. As a meal replacement, you have to make sure that the weight loss shake you choose can provide you with the vitamins and minerals you need to function at your best. As they are intended to replace meals, they should not only be able to be full of vitamins and minerals but should be able to fully compensate for any nutrients you might have lost in skipping a meal.

Commercial or home-made?
Getting a commercially-available weight loss shake, either in ready-to-drink or powder forms can afford you the convenience you need to help balance your hectic lifestyle with your weight loss goals. However, that doesn't mean that commercially-available weight loss shakes are more effective than home-made ones. With the right ingredients, a home-made weight loss shake can be just as effective and possibly, even taste better.

Should you go for commercial or home-made? The answer depends on just how much time you have on your hands. If you're always on the go, then a commercial weight loss shake might be your ticket to weight loss. If you have time to spare, in the morning for example, then a home-made weight loss shake will be just as perfect. If you want, you can opt to have a commercial shake during the week (if you're busier during weekdays) and the home-made ones on weekends or vice versa.

Peach Chocolate Crepes

WoderSlim Pudding/ShakesTo prepare crepes, combine cocoa, flour, salt and sugar in food processor; blend to process. Add eggs, milk, vanilla and margarine; process until smooth. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium high heat. Pour 2 tablespoons crepe batter into hot pan.
